Ranks right up there with Longs in my opinion!! Its closer and you can use debit or credit cards.

It’s a chain but you’d never know it. The service is great and so are the donuts. My kids love to get up early on the weekend and go with me to pick out their breakfast. Really glad this came to Avon.

I give this particular location a 3 star rating. I first learned about Jacks in Westfield, Indiana. The donuts there were so good I went to purchase donuts two days in a row. I came to the Jacks in Avon thinking if find the same consistency as the other location in Westfield only to find out it wasn't the same. As I walk in the service lady was rude. Then I didn't find the chocolate yeast donut holes or regular doubt. They did offer the chocolate yeast pretzels which cost more. By the end of my visit I spent 13 bucks on 12 donuts! When I took the tasters test I found out that I wasn't going to get the same melt in your mouth flavor the Westfield location had me wanting from Jacks.

Didn't know they sold Donuts in Avon. Will be going back. Delicious donuts. Definitely going back

Delicious donuts I have ever eaten. They are very old in donuts business. No other branches is available of Jack's. I love their service they even offer a free cup of coffee. Great space for big groups. When you open the doors a smell will hit your nose. Highly recommended. For visitors this is a must try shop.

They always have great donuts, but make sure you come in the morning and not in the afternoon because they usually always run out of there good stuff.

Jack's Donuts is extremely under rated! They have fresh, delicious donuts and coffee. The staff are polite and the service is fast. It could seem a little pricey, but I believe you get what you pay for, and these donuts are worth it. The earlier you get there, the better the options, especially on weekends.

The donuts leave a taste in your mouth from the oil they are fried in. Doesn't come close to Long's Donuts.

Staff was very rude to the customer behind me and pressured my children to hurry up even before there was a customer behind us. They also don't have as many options for coffee flavors as the Jack's in Brownsburg. The staff in Brownsburg has been amazing, in my experience, so I'd say just drive over there instead!

I love these donuts. We try to go every other sunday morning and I usually get the same thing. The chocolate donut with the white fluff inside is my fav!

Great service and food

Went only because the gas station across the street was totally out of donuts. Got a dozen and husband had to spit up a chocolate cake donut because of how nasty and hard it was , and the cinnamon roll tasted like a normal glaze donut. Was not impressed for $12 a dozen. Tasted like leftovers from the day before . This is the first time going so hopefully I’ll tove them time and return to see if it is the same.

Love Jack's Donuts. I've tried a lot of different one, I will try them all. They are delicious, full of flavor. Fairly decent price, compared to most donut shops.

This place is incredible! We are big Hilligoss fans and these are just as fantastic and MUCH bigger! They do not run out of the best kinds. Still plenty to choose from at 10am! And they are still warm and fresh! $12/dozen is NOT expensive for how ginormous these donuts are. The coffee choices are top notch, 2 organic choices, 1 dark roast, 2 flavored. Great to bring a group or large family and dine in. Staff works fast to fulfill orders. We love Jack's!

Not pricey. Shop is immaculate, relaxing, great donuts & coffee. No obtrusive, annoying (country) music. Nice & quiet "off-peak" hours.

Wonderful place, always greeted with a smile. Thought it was a little too $$ but that doesn't stop me from getting 2 to 3 dozen at least every two weeks. If you haven't been here yet and you like doughnuts, it is a "must try".

Great donuts don't amount to much when the service is terrible and shoddy. Came in one morning on a Saturday to buy a half-dozen donuts because I heard this place had the best ones around, but there were red flags as soon as I stepped through the door. Older woman with ginger hair had a frown on her face and didn't even greet me before asking what I wanted in a very harsh, brusque tone. Felt like I was bothering her for having the audacity of giving the place my business. Her attention was barely on me as she packaged the donuts too, with her focus being split into three different directions, while making small talk with co-workers and the other customers. Tall woman at the register didn't do much better and was just as miserable taking my cash. If I wanted service this bad, I'd just go to Dunkin Donuts.

I got a dozen donuts and they were eh. The blueberry cake donuts had a great flavor but the glaze was too heavy. The cherry cake donuts were dense and seemed under proved and lacked flavor. The chocolate coating on the cream filled donut was dull, dry and cakey.

Far from where I live but worth the trip some days. These are some of the best donuts around sweet lovers.
